1 Payment

1.1 All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be activated.
 

2 Refund Policy

2.1 We want you to be happy with your listing. If for any reason you are not content, please email us at [email protected] with the details of your listing. If we are unable to rectify the issue we will refund the cost of your listing provided that it is within 14 days of the order being placed.
 

3 Cancellation

3.1 An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
 

4 Complaints

4.1 Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team at [email protected]. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.
 

5 Website Content

5.1 'Listing' wording and pictures, including 'Wedding Fair' wording and pictures, belong to the listing creators. Wedding Heart is not responsible for Wedding Supplier and Wedding Fair Organiser descriptions and services.
 
5.2 It is prohibited to promote on the Wedding Heart website another business or website that is in competition with Wedding Heart. We reserve the right to remove any content that is in breach of this condition without notice. Wedding Heart's Management decision on whether a listing is to remain on the website or to be removed is final.
 

6 Legalities

6.1 These terms and conditions are subject to change.
 
6.2 We reserve the right to delete any listing and account that violates these terms and conditions.
